An Occurrence that Shouldn't Be Newsworthy, But Is

I just got off the phone with someone at our health insurance company who:

- knew what he was doing,
- got me the answers I needed,
- apologized sincerely for the month-long runaround I've been getting, and
- seemed to actually give a hoot.

I don't have words.

I am a health insurance agent in Maryland and therefore speak to people at insurance companies all day long. How lucky you were to find Michael! And can we clone him?

I only read about your mis-spelling in the follow-up post. May I submit that you were still delirious over your discovery of Michael and his unprecedented helpfulness? Glad what ever it was got worked out.
